6. Does the Villa come with fully furnished?
No, The Villa is sold on un-furnished basis. The furnitures, fixtures and equipment will be finished independently by the property owner.
7. How long is the construction time and when will it finish
Approximately 10 - 12 months after the first down payment.
8. Am I Free to sell my Villa at any time?
Yes, as the owner of the property, you are fee to sell your Villa at any time.
9. Is the sales price fixed or is there a chance that it will increase during the construction?
The sales price is not fixed. Naturally the developer reserves the right to increase sales price throughout the course of the sales and marketing phase of the project. However, if a villa has been purchased and the necessary payment schedule as agreed by the developer is followed by the purchaser, then the sales price is fixed and will not increased at all during the construction period.
10. What are the estimated monthly service charge
There will be a monthly basic service charge for any type of villa. The service charge is :
- Kuta : SGD 200 / Month
- Sanur : SGD 250 / Month
- Jimbaran : SGD 300 / Month
- Ubud : SGD 350 / Month
11. What does the service charge cover?
Service charges cover maintenance of plant and garden, fogging (twice a week), general security 24-hours, cleaning of the common areas, collecting waste disposal on daily basis and maintenance of the estate infrastructure such as common road, street lighting common drainage, treated water pipe network, waste water pipe network, electrical cable network outside the premises.
